Feel good fusion food, big on taste and flavour. Blues NR3 have been cooking up a storm at the Rosebery kitchen for over 2 years, with customers coming in time and time again to get more of Blue’s delicious dishes.
Expect classic burgers, loaded fries and steak, as well as an ever changing snacking and sharing menu with top quality ingredients, with full on fusion twists on flavour, with everything cooked fresh from scratch.

Sunday’s at The Rosebery are all about the Roast!
Blues serve up an epic roast each Sunday from midday to 6pm. Choose from Roast Beef, Confit of Chicken or Rolled Pork. As well as a vegetarian and vegan option too. All served with plenty of seasonal veg, lashings of home made gravy and giant yorkshire puddings.
